3. Packaging and Shipping:
When returning an item, please ensure that it is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. Include the original packing slip or a note with your order number and RA number. You are responsible for the cost of returning the item. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method to ensure the safe return of your item.
4. Inspection and Refund:
